Ok so I drew this foot today in class and realized that my fore shortening/perspective was off. Then I noticed (and later my instructor tried to help me fix to no avail) that the perspective was right if you angled the paper to the right. it doesn't quite work with a flat 2d photo rendition but it's weird. . . here's the straight on and angled view. . .
